Community dictionary

All Savvity communities have their own dictionary. The dictionary is a function that lets members add words or phrases that are important to the topic of the community and describe what they mean.

When someone mentions the dictionary word in a post it becomes a link to the dictionary entry with the explanation. This is useful to minimize the need for explaining the same things over and over. Often the question contains the answer when the keyword becomes a link.

To add an entry to a community dictionary, write a new post and make sure that the box “Add to community’s dictionary” is ticked. A dictionary entry title should not be more than one or two words.
